Garnishment Specialist I

Garnishment Specialist position with Clerical and Administrative responsibilities dominated by notary, report writing and DASH case management. Key Garnishment types this associate is responsible for entering Child Support and Student Garnishments, including Trouble Shooting, Basic Analysis & Research.

Responsible for interpreting court order documents and processing those garnishments according to established practices in EV4, Whitney, Payforce and Enterprise with consideration given federal, state and local statutes.

Must be able to effectively examine, set up, process and reconcile garnishments. Keeps current with changing procedures and legislation. Maintains turnaround on all documents as outlined in client SLA.

Must meet all performance standards based on tenure. Associate must display increasing levels of Accuracy, Quality and Productivity. Operates against and supports compliance with ADP's standard operating procedures & processes to meet client requirements & SLAs. Operate against timelines and schedules assigned by the Lead Processor, Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)

Payroll knowledge and strong computer skills. Must have some payroll and/or payroll compliance experience.

Familiarity with payroll applications a plus.

Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent, required some college preferred.
- Work hours are typically 8-5 with occasional weekend work.*
